Conclusion

Complementary medicine is a heiress of the folk medicine: phytotherapy stems from shamans and is based on application of folk remedies- chiropractic and osteopathy goes back to doctoring of bone-setters, naturopathy — to Hippocrates&rsquo- teaching, iridodiagnostics — to Egypt doctors, acupuncture —to Chinese doctors and so on. Scientific medicine has the same roots generalized by Halen in the 2nd cent. A.D. But for the latest 100-150 years scientific medicine became an independent branch. Its further development reflects the principle of specificity in a hypertrophied form. According to it each disease is accompanied by specific kit of symptoms typical of this pathology healing of which requires definite procedure. This approach rejects completely the conception of complementary medicine developed by Hippocratiis which treats a disease as a certain vulnerability induced by disturbance of the systems and functions of the organism. Complete curing is achieved only by rehabilitation of the homeostasis of all functions of the organism. Thus, beginning from the 19th cent, a dominating tendency in medicine was to reveal certain diseases and their features and it was very important that time, as without comprehension of the essence of each disease taken alone, medicine would not be able to develop. By that period for many cennturies which passed medicine and philosophy of the past had given rise to dozens of medical branches with subsequent separation inside each speciality. At present the process of differentiation has become even deeper most of doctors know in detail not the whole branch but only its relatively small sections. That is why polyclinics and clinics have specialized departments. So, in diversity of detailed detection of syndromes and symptoms we have gradually lost the whole.
As a result of this we have the public health system which is based on highly specialized branches. That is why before being correctly diagnosed, the patient is to visit many specialists-doctors, to be examined by numerous apparatus and at last he will be treated with high doses of chemical and other drugs. Curing of the pathology in question will be successful, but some time later a new disease, stemmed from the previous one, appears and this may occur frequently. Our official medicine is far from trying always to find the cause of the disease, which has led it, to a certain extent, at a deadlock from which it must get out. We should recollect again Hippocrates&rsquo- conception and treat a patient not from the standpoint of a symptom or a syndrome but of the integral self-regulating system. According to positions of the thermodynamics the functioning of an open system (a living organism is this very system) may be supported artificially if making efforts directed to back an order in the living system counteracting to an increase of the entropy in it. This postulate is well expressed by the Claude Bernard law according to which free life of the organism is possible only when composition ofits inner medium is kept constant.
At present we can hardly doubt that systems of knowledge formed by medicine of East or West, being in their own self-closed forms, approach the limit of their potentialities. The only possible way to a qualitative jump in medicine is formation of the synthetic therapeutic strategy which integrally (but by no means not eclectically!) combines achievements of the two mentioned global systems of knowledge.
It is also obvious from the gnosiological reasons that only medical knowledge is insufficient to form this strategy. It should be based on the &ldquo-first principles&rdquo- of ideological (in the philosophical aspect) and cosmological (in the natural-science aspect) scope subsequently traced from the standpoint of qualitative specificity of all hierarchial levels of the matter forms. These reasons underlie the structure of the book presented.
The book is based on a single concept in a centre of which there is an idea on evolutionary-interrelated hierarchy of field integrations. The theory of superintegration (SI) developed in chapter 2 differs significantly both from the theory of superstrings and from quantum chromodynamics but under definite conditions it transfers to these theories, i. e. satisfies the principle of agreement.
In the theory of integration processes in evolution of physical systems- topological psychophysics (IPEPS-TPP) developed in the book the (3+1)- dimensional space-time is a fractal structure looking either like the Mandelbrot sponge or the Serpinsky sponge. A space component of each of the structural levels possesses the following properties:

  1. A unilateral decomposition surface of the Clain bottle type divides the space into two subspaces: Xt with a diameter of coatings e > 2 • 10—28 cm and Xi with a diameter of coatings e < 2 • 10—28 cm.
  2. Physical processes in subspaces Xt and Xi are interconnected via the relationship of the Reichenbach indeterminacies, i. e. via generalization of the analogous Geizenberg relationship written as Ap Aq ~ h, where p is the quantitative measure of causality (an impulse analogue)- q is the quantitative measure of topology (a coordinate analogue). Treating Ap and Aq as hyper- real numbers we may put the Reichenbach equation into a form free of indeterminacies of the (0 • oo) type and use it for calculation of transgressive effects of the Xt -» Xl Xt type. These effects are subjectively comprehended by an obserwer from XT as supernatural, magic, as their stage proceeding in Xl is completely hidden for immediate observation from XT. In the objective aspect they are a natural consequence of a logically subsequent generalization of quantum mechanics.
  3. The whole totality of physical processes in Xl for an observer from Xt is white noise, i. e. it does not possess its own structure. At the same time each process occurring in Xt creates in Xl the induced structure which, as a result of the casuality relationship between subspaces, an observer from Xt is objectively impelled to treat as a result of activity of certain sapient (able to purposivism) beings.
  4. A unilateral decomposition surface G is, as determined, a monolayer of spinor objects, i. e. fermions. A three-mode system of spin waves acts on this surface and generates three fundamental interactions (strong, electromagnetic and weak) in subspace Xt. Gravitational interaction in the latter acts as a generalized interaction and arises as a total portion of energy of spin modes on G which is not returned in the FPU-retum. With a turn of the vector normal to this surface by 2n (i. e. during transition to subspace Xt) the IPEPS-TPP theory turns into quantum chromodynamics and then into the theory of superstrings.

Thus, IPEPS-TPP is the SI theory within the limits of subspace Xt which coincides with the theory of laige-scale integration.

  1. Time component of the space-time fractal is presented by hierarchy of gravitation-inclusive integration (Cl, a new term) where fundamental magneto-gravitational interaction (MGI, a new term) is characterized by the space scale 10~33 cm and the rest mass of the integrated field quantum ~ 10-5 g (the planckeon mass).
  2. Structure integration of space-time fractal as quasi-(3+l)- dimensional hypersurface is provided for by the standing wave on this hypersurface embracing the whole hierarchy of partial SI and GII analogs. The process which forms such a standing wave is called the ultraintegration (UI, a new term) and is characterized by the spatial scale ~ 1СГ41 cm and the rest mass of quantum of the integrated field ~ 60 g. Such a field is, as a matter of fact, identical to V. V. Nalimov&rsquo-s semantic space.
  3. Under certain conditions the space-time fractal IPEPS-TPP displays properties of a fractal with variable dimensionality (formal preconditions for determining such fractals are introduced in Supplement 5). Thus, on the one hand EMI may be described as 2-dimensional process of interaction of two monofields. On the other hand, in condenced media, the interaction of orbital, electron-paramagnetic spectral modes engenders a group E8 x E8, submerging the medium structure into 10-dimensional space.

From the viewpoint of IPEPS-TPP, one can uniformly treat the authors&rsquo- experimental data which, as one would think, belong to rather remote fields of knowledge. Thus, it is shown that topology of the space of states of bilateral-symmetric system (e. g. brain) can, depending on the relation coefficient between lateral components, vary from the Einstein (space with bilateral boson decomposition surfaces of the type of horizon of events) one to topology of IPEPS-TPP with its unilateral fermion decomposition surfaces. In the latter case the transgressive processes, determining the &ldquo-paranormal&rdquo- abilities of the individual, are possible in bilaterally-symmetrical system (brain). It is also shown that the mechanisms of formation of conditional reflexes are connected with transgressive processes.
A new in principle interpretation of optical activity of condenced media is also a direct consequence of the IPEPS-TPP theory. The latter takes place in cases when the lattice of packing of structural elements of the medium (ions, molecules) can be described by means of spinor operators. In this connection it is shown that the structure of liquid water should be underlied by the unilateral hypersurface formed by the planes of proton pairs. Completely self-closed MF (i. e. the magnetic field which is not identified &rsquo- by means of external magnetometers) formed by magnetic moments of proton spins should act on this hypersurface. However it was predicted that such field can be visualized by means of binary (opto-magneto-optical) Faraday effect that is confirmed in the experiment.
Two basic mathematical notions: fractal and hyperreal numbers, pass through the whole theory IPEPS-TPP. A lot of vexed questions are connected with them in modem mathematics and nobody tried to establish connection between these notions (as we can judge from literature accessible). And so, special supplement is needed. In this supplement fractal determination is generalized in such way that one could construct strictly determinable fractals with variable dimensionality as well as with a finite set of hierarchic levels. A notion of fractal of the number systems where neighbouring hierarchis levels are characterized by the cardinal numbers differing by the index unit is presented. Thus, the relation between the theory of fractals and hyperreal (nonstandard) analysis is shown. Applications of the notion of fractal of the number systems to different branches of mathematics are demonstrated.

The monograph also includes the sections which are indirectly connected with the IPEPS-TPP theoiy. These are sections of Chapter 3 where more particular problems of medical reflexology and problems of substantiation of homeopathy are considered as well as Chapter 4 as a whole. One can somewhat simplify it saying that here the methodology is based on the notions related to the theory of nonlocal interactions and instantaneous structure of vacuum. The factual material of these sections is rather diverse and ranges from the search of pathognomonic combinations of the parameters of Foil points under different diseases and the ecological correlates of asymmetry of tumour lesions of paired organs to the study of the processes of fusion and crystallization of metal and some geo- and heliophysical processes by means of liquid-crystal sensors simmulating the structure of biological membranes.
And, at last, Chapter 5, as it follows from its title states basic principles of formation of synthetic medical strategy, allowing for the achievements of the East and West. In this respect Chapter 5 continues Chapter 1 using Chapters 2-4 as the basis which includes three most important principles of the proposed strategy:

  1. maximum straightening of eneigy-informational flow in the biosystems of all levels;
  2. strict hierarchic correspondence between the problem of treatment, the required and accessible psychic state of a physician and patient and concrete treatment &ldquo-techniques&rdquo-;
  3. aspiration (but careful, not forgetting the second principle) in ideal case, for correction of the whole energy-informational complex of a man, beginning from the higher psychic levels.

These principles completely correspond to methodological directions of the East and, first of all, Vedantic and Daossian medicine. The essence, ontological relation between anthropogenesis and cosmogenesis has been reflected in them. However, as it proceeds from materials of the given book, rather strict statement of these principles and what is more, their adequate application (from the positions of European positive natural science) requires considerable improvement of conceptual, including mathematical, apparatus of theoretical physics. Such perfection should meet the principle of correspondence. The first steps in this direction were made within the frameworks of the present book but the wide-scale researches will be necessary to complete this work.
Thus, the reader should not be wondered that the present &ldquo-Conclusion&rdquo- is written, to considerable extent, as a preface. It is really a preface to those discoveries which are already &ldquo-floating in the air&rdquo- since they are determined by the whole course of development of the Nature and Science.
